in crash game i click on take winnings when the plane was on 2.3x
but aftr 2 sec plane crashes and it says
better luck next time and all my bet amount of ₹14000/- is gone lost
And i was using high speed Wifi So no network issue on it
My Account balance was approximately 24 thousand and the bet was of 14000 and the plane was on 2.3x then i click on take winnings but after 3 seconds the app glitches and it says better luck next time
the bet history is not availafor screenshot help me to get winnings funds back

(bet Amount) Final Amount

So ₹32200/- INR
should be Given to Me By 1xbet
i also complaint it on The App Gmail And Messenger But They Are not taking Any Action For This
