Text of Complaint by Anonymous:

withdrew ₹5,300 from the 1xBet platform. The withdrawal status keeps changing, but the amount has never been credited to my bank account. It has now been more than 7 days.

E-Transfer No.: 4265022667

Amount: ₹5,300 INR

Mode: Fast Withdrawal

Status shown by 1xBet: Sent / Pending

Actual Bank Credit: NOT RECEIVED

What Happened

1xBet initially claimed that the amount was “sent successfully”, but at the same time stated that the status is still “pending.”

A transaction cannot be both sent and pending.

Despite repeated follow-ups, they have failed to provide:

Any sender-side bank proof

Any payment confirmation

Any clear explanation

Customer Support Failure & Closed Tickets

I raised multiple tickets for this issue, but:

Tickets were closed without resolution

No proof of transfer was shared

Now I am unable to raise new tickets

This clearly shows intentional avoidance rather than genuine support.

Robotic & Misleading Responses

Every response from customer care is:

Copy-paste

Generic “please wait” messages

No accountability

No human explanation

It feels like dealing with a robotic system designed to delay refunds.

Despite the Following

Waiting as instructed

Submitting bank statements

Repeated emails and escalations

👉 The amount is still not credited
👉 No sender-side proof has ever been provided

Why This Is a Scam-Like Practice

Final Statement

I no longer trust 1xBet.
This appears to be a deliberate attempt to mislead customers and delay payments.

I want my money back.
