I have been contacting your team for the past 1month and it looks like nobody cares.

I will go to any extent until your team does not want to solve my problem.

This is the 7th time I am trying to explain and I hope you understand better now –

I made a withdrawal on my account and here are the details –

Request №2906919649 to withdraw funds in the amount of 60,000. This was done via crypto – XRP – 1348.28 (XRP).

I did not receive this in my wallet and I complained to your team and they confirmed that the payment was successful and sent me a payment confimation reference number – 0A67065BDA18930B9DDFB9B6021885C22F7BF88AD57929DB275E732AE2BAEDE1 (You Paid me i.e., 1XBET)

I took this transaction number and tried to track it on Binance (Crypto Exchange) while doing so I was told that the sender i.e., you 1xbet did not enter the memo number which led to it not hitting my wallet.

I raised a dispute with Binance and according to their rules they always return the money to the sender i.e. you 1XBet. Here is the reference details of the refund by binance to 1xbet –

DA6A3899748715F21BD3ABF359FF21F3095415D7E1AC1374B7DD59A752284E17 (Returned to you i.e., 1XBET). I have attached a screenshot for the same.

Nobody from your team is understanding the the funds were returned to you. I have explained in every way possible and nobody cares about me.

Your customer service team has been rude, unapproachable and nasty all the time.
