I withdrew ₹15,000 on 11/12/2025 from 1xBet. The withdrawal was marked as “Completed”, but the amount has never been credited to my bank account. It has now been almost 10 days.

After marking the withdrawal as completed, 1xBet kept changing their response:
First asked me to wait 7 days
Now asking me to wait 14 days
If the amount was truly transferred, there is no reason for such a delay.
Customer Support Failure
Multiple tickets were closed without any resolution
No bank-side proof of transfer was ever shared
Now I am unable to open a new ticket
Support gives only robotic, copy-paste replies
This is unacceptable customer service and appears deliberately misleading.
Why This Is Unfair Practice
Marking a withdrawal as “Completed” without credit is false representation
Closing tickets without resolution suppresses complaints
Withholding funds without proof amounts to unfair trade practice
