My name is Ubah Nelson Chidera LORDSFAVOUR and I opened an account with 1xbet.ng around ending of November 2022 and did all the needful, my account was blocked on the 30th November 2022 and they asked me for bank cards, bank statement,skrill wallet screen shots, asked me to hold my Id and snap a selfie which i did all that they asked me to do and on the 1st December 2022 , they verified me and told me i can now withdraw my funds. So I continue using my account since is has now been verified and i started funding it with huge sums from the same payment system that has been verified. To my surprise i was unable to make withdrawals on the 17TH December 2022, it requested for documents again, i was confused because my account has just been verified less than 3 weeks back, i emailed their security department and they asked me to provide my utility bill,they even log me out of my account and blocked it, i provide all the asked and they just keep asking for different documents that does not even relates to betting , I kept my cool and kept providing everything they asked me, since 17TH December till date I have not had access to my account , i made deposit of about $19,000 and i stake all in different amount and was only able to withdraw about $6000 before they blocked $12000 plus on my account, am not sure about the exact figure but is above $12000, i need help to get back my money,if they don’t want me to bet again they should take back all the winnings and refund me my capital, i am sure they don’t want to do this because I didn’t win much so they choose to hold my money and are asking me for very stupid things just to frustrate me, i have reported them to the Nation lottery commission in my country and i will still send this mail to every international security online monitors , this is wrong and totally unacceptable , give me back my capital and I will bet with other betting companies , they don’t have right to take my hard earn money , if i lost those bets i stake , they would have taken all my money and wont make an issue out of it ,but because i was comfortable staking high and winning little by little it became a problem to 1xbet. I will attacked all the chat with them and their security department , imagine waiting for 72 hours just to get another reply asking you for something that they should have asked all at once, this is fraud and I won’t let this go,i will fight it will any legal means available , i will not let your scam me. Give me back my money,I didn’t commit any fraud or crime, i will also report to my bank and request for cash back if this is not resolved immediately . My betting id is=513947633
