I have been using 1xbet for 8 years and my mother was playing from different sites. I made my mother a member because the money withdrawal was fast at 1xbet. They blocked our account for 199 thousand TL (about 11 thousand dollars), so two people from the same family cannot use the site, I told them many times, they refused, I said, check both accounts, same bet, cross bet etc. There is no certainty, if I say it is empty, they blocked the account for 14 days, please help us, we did not cheat, there is not even the same bet in both accounts…
