I have Lost 5,00,00,000 BDT in this ID.
But Bet No-71863994847 I won 2 Lac this bet on 26-10-25. Security refunded my winnings payment. And they asked me for documents. I have provided all the documents. They asked me for a smart NID card repeatedly. But I lost my smart NID card. In our country, if the smart NID card is lost, the government does not give a new one. Bangladesh Election Commission We have to download the PDF NID from this government website with my user password and laminate it to perform all the work. I gave my laminating ID card to the security department and gave the PDF file downloaded from the website. And I gave my user & password of the government NID site. Even after giving them these, they are only making smart cards. Apart from this,I have more documents and can provide them if needed. my birth certificate, SSC+HSC certificate, utility bill, Driving license, and Passport . If necessary, check these too. You are just repeatedly saying smart card which I do not have. I have Lost 5,00,00,000 taka in this ID. Now you are not giving me my last deposit money. I don’t know anyone at 1xbet, I opened this ID in 2018. I lost a lot of money. Please return my deposit Money 🙏🙏🙏
The security department has not been providing any solution for a month now. Well, if there is NID card, passport, driving license, birth certificate, result sheet, utility bill on the government website. Isn’t verification done with these?????

      I am writing this email as a final and urgent escalation regarding three separate withdrawals that are marked as “completed / successful” in your system but have NOT been credited to my bank account, even after 3–4 days.

      This is no longer a routine support issue. This is a serious payment failure combined with misleading ticket closures.

      Method: IMPS New

      Amount: ₹5,100 INR

      Transaction Date: 12/12/2025

      Ticket: Query No. 10763974

      Ticket Status: “Withdrawal is successful”

      Pending Since: 3+ days

      Critical Issues That Require Immediate Attention:
      All three withdrawals are shown as “successful”, yet no funds have reached my bank account.
      This is a direct contradiction and cannot be justified.

      Support tickets are being closed without resolution, merely stating “processed” or “successful”, while the money is not credited.

      Bank transfers (IMPS / NEFT / Fast Withdrawal) do NOT take 3–4 days once marked successful.
      If a transaction is truly completed, a bank-generated UTR must exist.

      In at least one case, the “Unique transfer number” provided appears to be an internal reference, not a verifiable Indian bank IMPS UTR.

      I have attached bank statements clearly proving that ₹15,000 + ₹5,300 + ₹5,100 = ₹25,400 INR has NOT been credited.

      Immediate Action Required (No Further Delay):
      You must do ONE of the following immediately:

      Credit the full pending amount of ₹25,400 INR without further delay

      OR

      Provide complete, verifiable bank transfer proof for EACH withdrawal, including:

      Bank-generated UTR

      IMPS / NEFT confirmation

      Sending bank & payment partner name

      Date & exact time of transfer

      Anything short of this will be treated as false status reporting and withholding of customer funds.
