Hello,
I have a complaint with 1xBet.com, I have deposited lots of time on 1xBet, 99% I lost. However, last I deposited $304 and played a few matches.
And Finally i won a few matches. This time I can’t withdraw my money. When I went to withdraw, it was instantly rejected, they asked “Account verification Required”.
I have contacted their live support, support said please send NID card with Selfie to this email:
security-en@1xbet-team.com So on Oct 29, 2025, 7:37 PM I have sent my ID card with selfie and account details.
It’s been 8 days, No response from their support team. This seems like they are scamming people, You deposit, But can’t withdraw. I am requesting you to check the issues and tell them to allow my withdrawal.
