I have deposited 2,00000 BDT & Won 12,0000 BDT
My account with 120000+ BDT is blocked from January 2021. 1xbet already required multiple documents, all of which were delivered. (Photo ID, Photo of ID card holder and photo of ID card holder, Utility Bill) which is sufficient for verification. In 2021 I deposited around 10000+ bdt from cash mobile bank wallet. The Security Department want to me the screenshort of the deposit and the notarized copy of the Nid card by post in an envelope. I have no 2 years ago deposit screenshot. I live in a village so it is not possible for me to send by post. Will I not get my winning fund back for this? Surely there must be some other simpler option. I think asking for deposit screenshot and Nid Card envelopes from two years back by post means harassing customers in a human way. No betting company should own this right. Because of this I have been suffering from depression for a long time. I want to withdraw my fund.
