Dear concern,
I am writting to report an issue that i encountered while playing Lighting Baccarat on your casino platform on (26-04-2023).When i tried to placed a bet,I received a message saying that my bet was not accepted at this moment.However,I won the round and was not given my winnings.Additionally,the amount that i had bet was deducted from my wallet balance.
I immediately contacted the casino live support team to report this problem.After investigating my account,they found some irregularities and created a ticket with the case number (SD-3052971)to resolve the issue.Although, they informed me that the issue has been resolved,I have still not received my winnings.
I would appreciate if you could look into this matter and help me received my winnings as soon as possible.
