Text of Complaint by Akinrinade akinkunmi:

I opened my 1xbet account around October, 2022 and I opened this account knowing fully well about the issue of multiple accounts and that they are not allowed on 1xbet, I did all the necessary verifications such as email and valid Identification card. I was able to withdraw my small winnings until Dec 26th, 2022 where I won about N500,000( about 1,000 dollars), I was able to work 170,000 from it and my other withdrawal request of N300,000 was then rejected and I was told to send the necessary documents to their security team, I adhered to all their request sending my valid ID, bank statement and even taking a selfie with my ID and showing screen with my messages with them after all this I was ask if I knew two people which I said I didn’t know, after this I was told to wait for my data to be verified, I waited for long and after I didn’t get a reply, I sent them a mail saying I was awaiting their response and few minutes later I got a mail saying I have multiple accounts band my account is to be closed and my winnings voided, I can assure that I don’t have multiple accounts, I’m the only one in my family who has a betting account with 1xbet, I never allow anybody to fund my account or fund anyone’s account, I would love for this to be checked because this claim isn’t true and I have adhered to their terms and conditions.

    2. 27. Each registered customer may have only one account. Customers may register only one account per family, address, e-mail address, IP address, credit/debit card, e-wallet or electronic payment method. Persons otherwise associated with a customer will not be allowed to register on the website.

    2. 28. No registered customer may be re-registered as a new customer (under a new name, with a new email address, etc.).

    According to the Terms and Conditions, you can withdraw the amount of your deposits:

    2.31. 1xBet Bookmaker Company has the right to cancel all winnings and refund the balance from your main and duplicate accounts.

    We received the information from the Security Service, that you have already withdrawn the amount of your deposits. Thus, the Company has fulfilled the obligation to you and the decision on your situation is final and non-negotiable
