1xbet blocked my bet account and for over 3days now, I have been contacting 1xbet, but they are asking me for my bet ID, of which i have carefully explained to them, that i cannot get the ID because the account was blocked. I cannot login. I have tried forgotten password, but it’s not working. It seems to me that they are trying to steal from me. My money i have there and an ongoing bet. I don’t know why they are like this. Please you the court should help me. I can provide all the screenshots of my email conversations with them. I have submitted everything they asked me to. They currently have all my details but still. Not releasing my account. I just wanna withdraw my money stop using that site immediately.
