I’m Raviteja Kanakam. I’m an user of 1xbet app . I’m facing issue this app . Actually i tried to deposit money into this app on 29th April 2022 and amount was deducted, but not credited to my 1xbet account wallet. I asked the customer support ,they told like this “within 14working days you will get refund back ” .
But till now there is no refund..I sent number of e-mails to the email support with the bank statement, payment screenshots..they didn’t responded … always giving different number of ticket IDs but not solving my issue…if i sent 10 emails they give reply once only …if i ask customer support chat ..they will ask payment screenshot and ticket ID…then only said …our specialist officer working on it kindly wait…some times they didn’t even give reply to my messages. I asked them to can i file case on your app ..but they didn’t responded
