I’ve tried to deposit money into the 1x wallet. The money got debited but, isn’t credited to the wallet yet. Every single time I contact the customer care by chat or phone, they’d say it’s under process, you’ll receive it soon. I don’t know what’s taking so long as it’s been close to 4 days already..! Kindly look into the issue and fix the issue asap. It hardly takes 15 mins but, initially, I was okay with 3 days and have waited patiently. It’s going beyond my patience levels and so, had to lodge a complaint.
