Dear sir,
i have transferred an amount of Rs 48000 to fitindia07@indus(rizwan alam) dated 02.05.2024 at 7:29PM having UTR no. 412395287475 through phonepe. The 1xbet account has not been credited yet. I have made the deposit request to other merchant as the page was refreshed when i was making deposit request to fitindia07@indus.
Now while am making a fresh deposit request it is showing UTR already used. Kindly look into the matter
I have made several deposit request and contacted customer executives several times still no step has been taken.i have given all the details of the transaction including screenshot still no action has been taken. This is really frustrating for me as i have deposited a huge amount.
It is my humble request to Kindy look into the matter and credit the account on urgent basis.
