I had requested a withdrawal of ₹9000 from 1xBet India more than 36 days ago, but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account.

I have already provided all the necessary documents multiple times — including my bank statement, bank confirmation letter, and the UTR number. Despite that, the 1xBet support team is not providing any solution and keeps repeating the same responses.
My bank has officially confirmed that the money was not received and the issue is from the source bank’s end. I even sent those confirmations to 1xBet, but they are doing nothing about it.
This delay and lack of action is completely unacceptable. I am losing trust in their platform.
Please help me get my ₹9000 withdrawal amount, and take necessary action against such negligence.
