I am filing this complaint due to fraudulent misrepresentation and deficiency of service by 1xBet.
I requested a withdrawal of ₹5,100 via IMPS. 1xBet falsely marked the transaction as “Paid Out”, but the amount has never been credited to my bank account.
To mislead me, 1xBet repeatedly shared a fake / non-traceable UTR (INDBH15123796490) and insisted the transaction was successful. My bank (Jio Payments Bank) provided written confirmation stating that No IMPS transaction exists
The UTR shared by 1xBet is not found in the banking system
Despite submitting:
Bank statements (multiple times)
Official bank confirmation
Screenshots and emails
1xBet customer support continues to send automated replies, refuses to provide sender-side bank proof, and falsely claims the withdrawal is paid.
Fraudulent & Unfair Practices
Fake “paid out” status
Sharing invalid UTR
No proof of transfer
Repeating automated replies
Withholding customer funds
Relief Sought
1. Immediate refund of ₹5,100
2. Compensation for harassment & mental agony
3. Action against unfair trade practice and misrepresentation
Its been 7 days. But they always its has been paid out but not providing any proof of transfer except false UTR Number…
