I have deposited on 1win total ₹5,720 then I have been loss then I try to recover my amount I played again and make an amount ₹3050 then I decided to withdraw my fund I withdrawal on 23/07/2022 -10:34 AM
I wait 48 hours then I complaint to 1win services care and contact1win in Gmail. In there they don’t reply any message and in 1win application service care they all telling same things
“Your request has already been sent. In this situation, we need to receive a response from the payment system, as soon as this happens, the funds will be credited.
We cannot specify the dates for you, so as not to mislead.
All requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis by managers.
I have waiting Last 6 days they only telling same things
I am a college student I need emergency for my college admission
1win is taking deposit but not giving me withdrawal

Brother I’m also facing same problem. I also requested withdrawal amount of 9000₹.. It’s been 15 days still no response from the company.. And they are saying same thing like yours.

I’ve tried to withdraw money from 1 win from Kenya and it has not reflected Even after waiting for 14days,and the security team are telling me the same thing every day
I have gone through this comments and it’s so frustrating…I have just joined this I win betting site recently I made my first withdrawal yesterday at 2.20a.m I’m from Kenya…I’m so worried they might not process my request after those 48 hours of waiting…I have been totally broken down by this comments…I had used massive cash in my deposit and luckily I won in my casino so I hope they will process my withdrawal request..
