I had made a deposite in 1WIN of 1,000rs on 12th november 2023. Than i contacted support they said to wait for 24hrs to get funds in the 1WIN wallet. But after 24hr i didnt receive the funds. So i again contacted 1WIN support they raised a ticket and said to wait for 7 days. After 7 days no reply from them. Then again i asked them they said like that they didnt receive the payment that i had made. My money was gone and they keep on saying some reasons. My total savings gone
