I have deposited 7000 rupees to my 1win account on 28th of January but didn’t received it and the amount was deducted from my bank account. I filed a complaint to the customer support team and they asked me to wait for 7 days. But now it’s over 15 days and they are still asking me to wait patiently and not giving me a satisfying answer. Please help.
