I deposit 5000 in 1win app through UPI which is direct payment by phone pay .
Amount 5000 rs debit from bank but in 1win game balance not added.
I talk to many time on support 24*7 but they say to me that we can not added to it on your wallet .
You active your self .
By fill information like as UTR no
UPI ID
And mobile number
Now I deposit direct through UPI
Then their is no option to insert any UTR No And other information.
They repeat only one information that deposit and perform the task .
They himself not known that what’s is problem.
