My 1win (betting company) account is blocked . They gave me commitment via mail that due to security reasons (confirmation of security ids etc) we are blocking for 14days ( maximum 30days they can take) . Its more than 30days since they had blocked my account . I am helpless . They are not replying to my mails . I am a vip customer there & my withdrawals are pending since a long time.
