I deposited 2k through bank transfer at March 4 it was credited to their account and successful but it was not reflected on my account of 1win .They asked me to wait for 24 hours and I did after that I raised a complaint and they raised a complaint and gave me a ticket number PMNT 772383.After few days when I questioned them regarding status they told that they can’t see any deposit from my account though I already gave a screenshot of it while raising a ticket and asked me to contact my bank.My bank checked my account statement and said that the money has been credited to upi id .When I again asked 1win they asked for my account statement from 4th may till date.Though they tortured me to an extent I did that and provided my account statements.They did not even open it and asked me for a screenshot of banks technical support team confirming the transaction.Evenafter I gave everything they asked they kept on asking screenshot from their technical support.How can I take screenshot of their verbal explanation?And my account statement has clearly shown that no money of refund was given .But they didn’t reply and closed the chat.Dont lose ur hard earned money like me and most importantly this has happened several times
