Have 1win account in which i have already done KYC before starting the game. Suddenly my account was blocked without prior intimation . When contacted the support team the said irrelevant clause in which i didn’t involved, I played a very fair game without any software use. When I asked proof for the same with support team no one replied after multiple mail. Also my amount got stucked under withdrawal and deposit because they blocked my account. I want my money back . Kindly help me out on this
