I Abhishek Sanjay Umre booked a lab test of pollution elements and whole body check up package on 19/06/2020. Phlebotomist Mr. Nilesh wanjari collected my blood samples on 20/06/2020.

On 23/06/2020 at 3:01 AM I received 4 emails which stated that the 4 tests named Vitaminb12, Vitamin D, TSH & Ferritin tests which is already included in Lab test package named Pollution Elements and Whole Body Check Up(Package cost Rs.1499) has been cancelled.

Since the services are not done as mentioned in the package and the tests has been cancelled, i want the refund of the amount of Rs.1500 inr which i had paid in cash in favour of 1mg.

They are not responding/replying in their query chat in 1mg App, customer service number is not working.
