I am trying to reach out to Airtel customer care service using the IVR number 198/121 as mentioned in the Airtel thanks application but the call are dropping continuosly. How could a customer connect with the service provider if their own IVR number is dropping in their own network? What kind of service is this ? I’m facing lot of stress due to this.
