1177951744 is the user id.
Since the last 1.5 years the balance is stuck at Rs -172.94 and numerous efforts to contact your department through calls/emails yielded no results at all. Your socalled customer care representatives replied that they were unable to view customer’s account beyond last 6 months (what a irresponsible reply, I guess).
So, l have not recharged in this last 1.5 years as l didn’t have any explanation for that.
I am switching to another provider and just want to claim through this portal, if it’s possible for your department at all, to make Tata sky investigate once again on this negative balance and get me back with proper reasons.
