Hi,
I ordered 29 items with the order id 16414608900128474W on 6th Jan 2022. Here is the summary of items I received, partial qty received, canceled and missed.
No. of items missing : 13
Partial qty received: 3
Received: 12
Item canceled: 1
On the same day I called and raised the complaint on call. I got assurance that the issue will be addressed immediately and resolved max by 12th Jan 2022.
I got disappointed when I saw the issue was marked as resolved without resolution. I called customer care again, and as a response I got none other than the assurance from the Associate and Supervisor named Osama and Sonu Saifai.
I escalated the issue but I received the disappointment from there as well.
