I made a new Airtel Xtreme Fiber connection on the 30th of April, 2022. On the 10th of May my wifi stopped working. So I called the guy who installed the wifi and he came and said the modem was faulty and he would replace it the following morning. Two days passed without him showing up so I called their customer care on the 12th of May. They promised to send a full team within 48hrs yet no one showed up till date.
