Pathetic service from jio fiber, i had booked a jio fiber connection on 18th May for my residence in Jaipur and they had already signed me up with 2500 rs connection for a month plan and the tech who came at my doorstep already took my payment through online..and he said the line man will come in two and install the line. Since then I’m tying to get in touch with that agent by all in vein. Since than I’m trying to get in touch with customer support and every time I get the same info that an engineer is assigned for visit but no one has showed till my place. Also tried to get the customer in touch via social media but they don’t have any solution in fact they don’t take any pain to trying the customer and help them instead they will keep on sending the auto generated messages every time, doesn’t matter what you are asking them. Somehow got my agents TL’ s contact number. I called him and came to know that there was some line issue on the pole and it will be get fixed by the next day. Since then i had been repeatedly calling them but no one came and installed the Jio Fiber connection.. it has been 16 days now. As i am wfh i am getting loss in my job as i had to depend on internet to work and i already informed all of them but no one is paying attention to it. I mean what a pathetic customer service jio is providing. I never recommend any one to go for jio.. Airtel India is far better and provides excellent customer service but moving to jio was my biggest mistake.
In fact I have tried contacting them on calls and social media but all I’m getting from there side is repeatedly auto generated messages. And, to be honest now I’m loosing my patience in this case.
