Hi I made a 15000 INR payment through Union Bank of India net banking on 07-04-2021 on Merchant site they redirected me on web Ibibo Private Limited payment gateway my money deducted and transaction successful but payment not received on merchant site I think payment stuck in ibibo gateway I got a successful transaction message from my bank they told me your payment is successful and its on ibibo web private limited payment gateway so please refund my payment I am attaching my payment proof with this complain
