Text of Complaint by Sakshi Gupta:

I have ordered a trolley bag from amazon and wanted early delivery of that bag. I called the customer care of amazon and gave me two numbers of the delivery centre where my trolley was available. But those numbers were of cyber crime fraudsters. They said that for receiving the goods I have to fill a form and digitally pay them Rs 10. This is the procedure of amazon. As the number was given by Amazon customer care, I trusted them. Suddenly, I got a msg that transaction of 14198.24 has been done on Freecharge through my credit card which was totally unauthorised. As this fraudster number was shared by the Amazon customer care, I want this money from amazon. I am uploading the screenshot of the details that were provided by the amazon customer care agent.
