we have purchased a sony 40 inch tv from flipkart on 8th june worth Rs. 37499 they delivered by 10th june, installation to be done by 12 june.
they postponed to 14th june then 18th june then 20th june now they are telling 23 june
customer care people doest know the issue how to resolve,sony people are ready to come but from flipkart they dont have communication,
flipkart is not allowing/ petmitting to open the box and they are not sending people to install,if we open the box warranty is void no proper response from them.
