I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unprofessional handling of my deposit issue with PariMatch. On November 19, 2024, I deposited ₹11,000 at 3:34 PM, and despite providing all the necessary details and proof, the amount has yet to be credited to my account.
I reported this issue five days ago and raised a ticket over 72 hours ago, but no action has been taken to resolve the matter. I have also followed up repeatedly via chat and email, but the response from your team has been disappointing and negligent.
