Hi Team,
This is really frustrating that I am following up with you for a connection shift request for broadband. I have called the escalation desk 4-5 times but the update I received is fraud. no one visited the location but updated that visited/checked and there is a connection/network issue. THIS IS FRAUD AND FAKE UPDATES.
as you are unable to provide service, Request you to refund my money asap or I’ll check this with the consumer forum.
