10000 rupees were debited from my account on 14 January 2019 by UPI ID 901417214893.
after that we have send a mail on 03 December 2019 after repeatedly trying to contact google pay customer support sending all details of both sender and receiver account statements which clearly shows that amount debited from one account was not credited in other account.till today that amount is not being credited in both accounts.inspite of our spending hours and hours for enumerable days nobody is responding.we again sent bank statements on 02 march 2020 of both accounts.harassed of google pay I am writing you.what to do now ?google pay support not helping in this matter.
