I HAVE PORTED MY VODAFONE NUMBER TO JIO 4 MONTHS BACK. THE FIRST RECHARGE WAS COMPLETED AGAIN I RECHARGED FOR 599. IT WAS SUCCESS. AGAIN, 4 DAYS BACK I TRIED TO RECHARGE WITH 599. PAYMENT WAS SUCCESS AS PER MY BANK STATEMENT. MY MRS ALSO CHARGED FOR 555 ON MY SAME NUMBER. SHE AGAIN TRIED WITH 39 RUPEES FOR INTERNET. UNFORTUNATELY NONE OF THE CHARGES BEEN CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT AND NOTHING WORKS. I HAVE A HUGE LOSS DUE TO THIS, AS I AM A DIGITAL MARKETER MY CUSTOMERS ARE UNABLE TO REACH ME.

YOUR SUPPORT IS URGENTLY REQUIRED, AS DUE TO COVID THE BUSINESS ALL WENT DOWN., CANNOT AFFORD ANYMORE.. DUE TO JIO.

TRIED TO REACH JIO CUSTOMER CARE ON 198 AND 199. THE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER DOESNT GIVEN AN OPTION TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMER CARE EXEC. RATHER THEY ARE SELLING THEIR 599 355 PLAN TO THE GUYS WHO ASKING FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
