Order ID – OD118775853716579000 , i had purchased crompton cooler 100 ltr on 31 May 2020 and it was defective so i retured ot to flipkart on 6th June 2020..after that flipkart is not providing me replacement order and seller has also cancelled Replacement order. (Seller address is MAHATHI ENTERPRISES, verareddy nager ,boduppal, , HYDERABAD – 500092). Ita been almost two month and i have raised issue more than 15 times but still issue is not resolved and flipkart is not answering or replying back.
I bought this cooler for my 2year old baby and now he is suffering from bad health because of hot weather.
Can u please prioritise the issue and help me to get my money back. I need refund of my money. Ita been 2month almost and m still struggling to get the money back. Flipkart is not responsive at all and not picking up query as well. Please help.
