This is to intimate that I had purchased a ifb front load machine in 2015. It was clearing mentioned on the washing machine that it covers 10 years motor warranty and spare supports. Warranty states that if motor is stopped working then they will replace or repair it at free of cost. But if you call their customer care they simply start giving excuse and simply says it’s not covered in warranty we have changed our policy in 2021 and all. This is ridiculous. It was not expected from the brand like ifb. Atleast don’t cheat customers by writing in 10 years warranty on the product. The company should be charged fine for the same.
Horrible experience with ifb. I would never buy or recommend it to anyone else.
