I am August Narayan Gupta, from Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
After few months of purchasing, it shows technical issues, it stops cooling lower door.
From there I am continuing to contact with customer care service but they can’t resolve it too.
One of the person on customer service, told to replace if it can’t be resolved this time. Nothing have been their too.
Last, I had complained on 17/05/2022, none of the technicians have arrived to solve it.
It’s the worst product of whirlpool I have even gone.
About 9-10 technicians from the service center have already seen it but cannot resolve it.
