With due respect would like to inform that , 1 win an online game platform has not given my withdrawal of Rs 150000/- initiated on Aug 2nd 2022, I have send several reminder mails on the customer care mail id [email protected] and they are not even ready to revert on my mails, i was a regular client who use to play,somtimes i win sometimes i loose, Rest all process on there platform works well like deposit and playing and when it comes to withdrawal they are just making fool of the customers by saying technical error, they are just looting our hard earned amounts , iam not the one who is facing this so many have lost ,iam here by attaching some of the mail proofs were i have communicated with there customer care and my withdrawal proof screenshot from the mob application
Hope you will consider my complaint and eagerly waiting for the replay
Even they should provide me a compensation on making this delay , because as per 1 win rule withdrawal gets credited from 24 hrs. to maximum 48 hrs. and in my case it has crossed to tendays and even now not even a single replay from there end
