I ordered GoBoult Tenet earbuds on 1 March from the official website. The expected delivery date shown was 4 March, but today is 8 March and I still haven’t received my order.
Customer support keeps saying “wait 48–72 hours”, but even after that time the order hasn’t arrived and the tracking doesn’t work.
