After each of my email communication pertaining to the above issues, I get a call from Airtel Customer service and as different persons call from Airtel, each time I have to explain the issues. Further, despite detailing the problem and suggesting solutions, later I get a email from the caller . Most of the contents are a repeat in formatted assurances. Replies from Airtel do not specify any timeline to solve the nearly, beyond 30 months, problem of poor indoor network. These mechanical statements like- we have taken your address as an input for future planning and we will keep you updated on the same or We appreciate & value your feedback as this helps us in planning our future network augmentation and so on.
Further, Airtel exhibits discrimination in attending the same technical issues of immediate neighbors by installing a booster to one and ignoring the other (me) !! No convincing clarification is found in the Airtel replies. This increases suspicion in the system of dealing and increasing lack of transparency.
Rather than taking some visible specific remedial action on the issues, I wonder why in the past two years, Airtel is bent upon continuous ritual of mechanically calling / emailing immediately on my bringing to notice that the issue remains unresolved. This serves no purpose other than to showing numbers of communication exchanged and defeats the very purpose of customer service.
