Text of Complaint by diane spero:

I sent back an 1 phone 13 after replacement. fedx lost the phone. i have spent hrs on the phone with apple. 1/ hr holds, transfred from person to person.
i have a $ 900.00 deposit being held. apple has tracking i mailed it back. apple keeps saying they are contacting fedx. i need that mony for medication , i have a heart condition.
