I have SO MANY COMPLAINTS re: Airtel Mobile which I have been raising for last 2 yrs.
I have come to a stage where I have 3 options
Airtel has been FORCING me to migrate to higher plan with no benefit to me by
1. Charging for Fixed Line
2. Overcharging stating usage over and above limit
3. Deactivation of Data
4. Activation of ISD and charging
5. Send Bills reminder to 9820802148 but when reply – This No/email id not recognized
6. MAIN No Coverage at Residance. NOT REGISTERED IN NETWORK, NOT IN COVERAGE AREA msg appears
Inspite of above I have been paying before DUE DATE
Option 1
I shall continue with AIRTEL PROVIDED
1. All excess charges including FIXED LINE and ISD be reversed
2. Henceforth NO FIXED LINE CHARGES. This was not agreed while taking SIM from Airtel
3. Data to be allocated
4. ISD if activated w/o authorization. Penalty of Rs.100/-
5. Billing Mistake off any of above Penalty of Rs.200/-
Option 2
I apologise for taking Mobile services of Airtel. I will MNP out of Airtel with
1. Reversal of excess charges as indicated above No: 1
2. Apportion Add-ON number yearly charge and credit my account
3. I shall also MNP out of my other mobile nos: 9892461119 & 9867781119
4. I shall also opt out of landlines 022-40164404 and 022-40111458
Option 3
U force me to pay outstanding
1. Item 2 of option 2 applied
2. I shall approach relevant authorities for compensation of CHEATING a RETIRED Sr. Citizen AND FORCING TO UPGRADE PLANS
3. OVERCHARGING THEN REVERSING
4. ACTIVATING ISD W/O AUTHORIZATION
5. DEACTIVATION DATA
6. NOT RESOLVING NETWORK ISSUE FOR 30 MONTHS
7. Making him visit Gallery for complaints costing time, travel fare etc.
8 Harassing with discontinuation etc
