Hi,

I have orderd oneView more from Lenovo

Lenovo Celeron Dual Core (4 GB/256 GB HDD/256 GB SSD/DOS) 82C3A00DIH Laptop (15.6 inch, Grey) from flipkart.com
The order id is od-OD427244998493265100

And the order was unsuccessful even though the amount was debited from my from my gift card rs 19990 . And the gift card amount is not refunded yet. Still its not reflecting in my gift card

wallet account section.

And in mail they told that they will credit rs 19990 giftcard for token of apology. That also not added till now.

I spoke to flipkart customer care executives several times (5-6 times through phone and several times through mail) but no use. They are not responding at all. They are acting like very lazy. Sometimes they had cut the phone also. I dint even think about this type of # from flipkart team. This is the worst experience ever in flipkart store. As a customer i dont recommend buying productsfrom flipkart. Because they will give you poor support and service after the order.

Compared to flipkart, amazon.in stores support and service is very good. Flipkart is getting worst now days.
