Around 10 days back i received my order which my mother received it & when i opened it i found 1 item missing for which i complained against them immediately.
But they rejected my complaint just by saying they packed my item.
If someone during transportation maliciously took my item i should not be held responsible for it.
Even courier boy knows there was single item in my packet i.e jacket.
Sliders were Missing from my packet.
Now they have raised return against item which i haven’t even received.
Please guide me on how to take legal action against them.
