I have postpaid WIFI connection at Pune Aundh which i paid bill on 7 May 24 as per the schedule but till date its not working
Airtel is not responding correctly with resolution and just giving verbal affirmations but there is no technician nor any person from airtel who has helped to regain the internet access .

Technician i called his name is Prathmesh More , he spoke to me rudely for which i also raised a complaint .
He said take the person who said im allotted to visit your place and he was very rude while talking, i also told him that i cannot take a call center agent again on a call as they have IVR calls.
