Hi,
Aside from the rude behavior of the site engineers, I’ve been going on loop since 21st evening Thursday, and each time I’m being told to wait for 9pm till the next day. Every one else in my locality has the access to their connection except me.
Airtel is deliberately not giving me my connection as because the wire damage just 2m out side my house that has still not been fixed by any site engineer as no one has yet visited the area.
I have given a attached proof of the broken line/junction box that has not been fixed since 21st May Thu, 2020.
I have repeatedly called their customer care execs who take me very lightly and does not seem to understand that this affects my job and livelihood. I have lost count the number of times I have called Airtel since the past 4 days it has taken a mental and physical toll on me. I have been abused mentally and my complaint is regarding Airtel’s mistreatment and the constant harassment they have put me through with still no sign of Internet connection being restored in the horizon.
