The company called MOBLESTORE keeps on deducting R119 and when i call the number it doesn’t go through and worse my bank cannot help me

I have been debited by 0315828352 every pay day the money that I don’t know from this campany the money we agreed on was 199 for my DSTV Explora and I just noticed today that they have been debiting another R139 and R179 which I don’t know about please help me.
